Subscription Management

All subscription changes are made from the Subscription Management page under the Plans & Billing menu, which is divided into these two sections for easy management.

In the first section, you’ll see a clear overview of your current subscription, including your active plan, subscription period end date, and summarized payment details. The period end date shows when your current billing cycle ends and when the next cycle will begin.

In the second section, you can explore your current plan alongside other available AmzMonitor plans, review their features in detail, and take action anytime — whether you want to upgrade or downgrade your plan, cancel your subscription, or update your payment information.

Upgrade or Downgrade Subscription

To change your subscription plan, go to your AmzMonitor dashboard and click on Subscription under the Plans & Billing menu. Scroll down to view all available plans. Your current plan will be highlighted in the list.

Upgrading Subscription

  • Scroll down to view all available plans. Your current plan will be highlighted in the list. Click on the `Select` button next to the AmzMonitor plan that you want to Upgrade/Downgrade.

  • Once you upgrade, your new plan will take effect immediately with increased ASIN, seller, and keyword limits. A confirmation pop-up will display the payment details before you proceed. Any unused time from your current plan will be automatically credited toward the new plan price. Simply click OK to confirm and complete your upgrade.

Downgrading Subscription

  • To downgrade your subscription, your current usage must fit within the limits of the lower plan. If you are using more monitored ASINs than the new plan allows, you’ll need to remove some ASINs before continuing. If your usage exceeds the allowed limits, you’ll see an error and won’t be able to proceed.

  • Once your usage matches the new plan limits, the downgrade will be scheduled for the end of your current billing period. You’ll keep your existing plan features until then, and a confirmation pop-up will show exactly when the change will take effect. Click OK to confirm.

  • If you downgrade your subscription, you can continue using your plan normally until current period end date, and the downgrade will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
